This delicious golden milk latte is more than just a cozy beverage—it’s a nourishing tonic designed to calm inflammation and support your body’s healing from the inside out. With anti-inflammatory turmeric, healthy fats, gut-loving & protein-rich collagen, and mineral-rich sea salt, this dairy-free drink is a functional favorite.

Ingredients
1 cup organic unsweetened nut milk (I recommend the brands MALK or Califia Farms)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch finely ground black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
1 pinch mineral-rich sea salt (like Celtic or Himalayan salt)
1 tsp coconut oil (or MCT oil for easier blending)
1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat the milk in a small saucepan, gently heat the nut or coconut milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, sea salt, coconut oil, and sweetener (if using). Stir continuously until everything is well combined and heated through (about 2–3 minutes).
Optional: For an extra creamy and frothy latte, carefully transfer the mixture to a blender. Add the collagen peptides and blend on high for 10–15 seconds until smooth and frothy. (Or use an immersion blender directly in the pot.)
